DRILLING / TAPPING
IBARMIA column drilling machines with compound tables. Drilling range from ∅1 mm up to ∅40 mm. Larger diameters are drilled using hole saws.
FANAR Pneumatic tapping machine tapping metric thread up to M16 precisely and quickly . There is also a possibility to tap a inch standard threads.
SAWING
KALTENBACH HSS circular blade saw for cold sawing square and round profiles. Maximum sawing cross-section range: 120 mm at full angle range.
Half automatic bandsaw for cold sawing rods, flat bars, square and round profiles. Maximum cross-section range: 200 mm.
WELDING
Several fully equipped stainless steel TIG and MIG welding stations. Our welders have all regularly updated permissions necessary for doing their job at the highest possible level. Quality and safety are our priorities.
ROLLING
Electric roll bending machine. length 2000 mm, max. thickness 8 mm, min. diameter of a rolled sheet 250 mm.
Manual roll bending machine. Length 1000 mm, max. thickness 2 mm, min. diameter of a rolled sheet 100 mm
CERAMIC BLASTING
Abrasive blasting of stainless steel using a ceramic abrasive material. Maximum length of the blasted element: 6000 mm
